Gift cards, first-week discounts and referral credits do not expire.
Bonus values or other promotional credits may expire and have no cash value.
How Can I Send The Gift Card?
You can send the gift card either via email or print it out to give it in person.
If you are sending the gift card via email, you will need to complete the form with the recipient’s name, recipient’s email address, delivery date (when we will send them the gift card), and optional message.
How Do I Redeem the Gift Card or Bonus Value?
To apply a gift card or bonus value to your account, log in and click ‘SETTINGS’, then select the ‘PAYMENT’ tab. Enter your bonus value code in the ‘Apply a gift card’ text box then click ‘Apply’.
Any vouchers applied to your account will be automatically applied to your next order.
Can I Use the Gift Card Without a Fresh Prep Account?
